Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively, and gather relevant client application or requestEnsure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/request and preventing customer complaintsAdhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks, and memos pertaining to compliance to the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelinesPerforms other related tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time

College GraduateMale / FemaleKnowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Good interpersonal skills (verbal communication, listening skills, assertiveness)Able to do the job function well even in extreme work pressureWilling to do overtime during weekdays and/or weekends from time to timeWith sales experienceGood communication skills (Verbal Written)
