Delivery Lead

· Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed according to established objectives and business requirements.
· Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, processes, and standards.
· Develop, monitor, and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
· Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to align project objectives, manage expectations, and address issues or concerns.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
· Prepare and present executive reports, project status updates, and key performance metrics to senior management.
· Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
· Ensure project outcomes align with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
· Must have a Bachelor of Science of computer related courses, eg. Information Technology, Computer Science, Management courses with major in computer studies.
· 7 years of experience in end-to-end delivery execution
· 7 years of experience in Project governance, Project timeline, and budget management
· 7 years of experience in Stakeholder management
· Experienced in preparing and presenting executive reports, project updates, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Has leadership experience
