Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Follow established procedures for handling customer interactions, including recording details and updating customer records.
Other tasks as necessary
Qualifications
Education: At-least 2 years in college or Senior High Graduate.Working Experience:With or without experience is acceptable (Advantage if with experience in Logistics or Customer Service Industry).Skills:Computer Literate - Passed the typing and Number Test
